You have this amazing opportunity to have a permanent mark at school and at the same time support the present and future pupils by supporting our Coleraine Grammar School Sports Fundraising Appeal. We have recently completed the state of the art Astro Hockey pitch for the girls to play hockey on the best pitch standard currently available in Ireland. It is recognised as one of the very few International Match Standard pitches in Ireland. Your support will allow us to continue to give the CGS pupils the best sports facilities possible to give them the great start in their sporting journeys.
A wall is being specially built close to the War Memorial Games Hall just off the Castlerock Road in open land so you can visit the site and see your brick with your name on it. We plan to have the first lot of names added to the wall by end March 2026 – so get your order in soon to get your name added before the March 2026 official launch.
Bricks cost £250 and you can purchase as many as you wish.
The brick will be engraved with your years attended school – as a pupil or as a member of staff (CHS, CAI, CGS or a combination). You can also purchase bricks with someone else’s name on it – a parent, grandparent, friend, brother or sister etc. Perhaps dedicate it or gift it to a loved one to celebrate a birthday, anniversary or perhaps as a memorial.
Each brick is 21.5 x 6.5cm and has 2 rows for inscription – one for the name and the 2nd for the years in school.
If you are a UK Tax payer please tick the box for Gift Aid. We are a registered charity and can there avail of the extra benefit of Gift Aid. This can potentially make a massive difference to the total money raised.
